As a contract attorney, provide overall support to the organization with respect to SOWs, contracts and general counsel support to reduce Company’s contract risk.

About the Position

Seeking a Controller that will take ownership of the Company’s general ledger and month end accounting reconciliations. Looking for solutions oriented and engaged manager of the accounting department, which is currently staffed at 4-5 individuals. Responsible for the timely processing of all accounting transactions, ensure internal compliance with policies and procedures, and provide information, primarily financial in nature, about all company activities that will assist management, its shareholders and other users in making educated economic decisions about the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the activities of the corporate accounting department and ensure the accurate and timely entry of accounting transactions.

E-Discovery Specialists process electronic data using OmniVere proprietary software in accordance with company and industry standards.
