Salesforce Project Manager

About the Position

OmniVere, a global technology firm, is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to join our team. The position will report to the Director and work to ensure that the Consulting Organization delivers projects effectively and efficiently. The candidate will support the business strategies and objectives of the Consulting Organization, including but not limited to managing the life cycle of multiple projects including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of projects of our legal department clients.

Duties and Responsibilities 

The position will work closely with the legal departments of OmniVere’s high profile corporate clients to perform the following type of functions:

    • Gathers and documents client requirements.
    • Works with technical staff to translate client requirements to technical design documents.
    • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
    • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
    • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
    • Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
    • Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
    • Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
    • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

The Salesforce Project Manager must also be able to communicate effectively in the following areas:

    • Hold regular status meetings with project team.
    • Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors.
    • Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
    • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
    • Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s College degree or equivalent work experience;
  • 4+ years of experience implementing Salesforce or Force.com apps
  • 6+ years of Project Management experience; Certified PMP preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator Certified, Salesforce Development Certified a plus
  • MS Project proficiency required
  • Legal industry experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Project Manager (Salesforce)

About the Position

OmniVere, a global technology firm, is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Houston, TX or Atlanta, GA or similar market. The position will report to the Director and work to ensure that the Consulting Organization delivers projects effectively and efficiently. The candidate will support the business strategies and objectives of the Consulting Organization, including but not limited to providing world-class customer service, securing, retaining and expanding client relationships and providing subject matter expertise across the Salesforce platform and the legal technology spectrum.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understanding the platform capabilities sufficiently for guiding client implementations and recommending solutions
  • Requirement gathering and documentation
  • Technical specification drafting
  • Client relationship management and strategic guidance
  • Development and presentation of proposals / SOWs
  • Resource management and coordination
  • Creating and managing project budget and project plans/schedules
  • Maintaining partnership relations and certifications with Force.com and other relevant applications
  • Continuing education on the platform features
  • Maintain a practical understanding of Agile methodology and serve as a coach and testing resource to development teams
  • Manage expectation and scope; remove roadblocks
  • Responsibility for all client communication and management reporting
  • Travel estimated at 30%

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Excellent organization skills;
  • Strong communications skills (oral and written);

Business Analyst

About the Position

The Business Analyst is responsible for evaluating business processes, supporting multiple stakeholder groups and looking beyond one project at the future of OmniVere. This role will drive technology projects forward to ensure our operations, sales and marketing teams thrive. Business Analyst will be involved in key initiatives and will be responsible for administering enterprise-wide technology solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Update Salesforce as needed, maintain records and run ad-hoc reports.
  • Provide support and assistance to the Sales Team, train sales reps on SFDC and answer any questions they have regarding SFDC processes, prepare adhoc analyses to aid sales management in running the business and perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Contract administration – work with legal, sales and finance team to develop a contract repository and manage customer intake and matter creation.
  • Provide administrative support that would include, but not limited to administration of existing business systems, including Salesforce, Intacct, Nexonia, DocuSign and other systems purchased.
  • Keeping up-to-speed on the latest releases to optimize user adoption – drive the best use of our systems. Implement best practices with regards to data integrity. This includes performing database de-duping and cleanup procedures in addition to enforcing standards and procedures to ensure data quality.
  • Take initiative in integrating newly acquired business processes and data within all business systems and automate business processes and workflow.
  • Building and maintaining all documentation related to our business systems and processes.
  • Perform special projects, research, analysis, and presentations for senior management. This included project based as well as ad hoc requests

Requirements
