Business Analyst

About the Position

The Business Analyst is responsible for evaluating business processes, supporting multiple stakeholder groups and looking beyond one project at the future of OmniVere. This role will drive technology projects forward to ensure our operations, sales and marketing teams thrive. Business Analyst will be involved in key initiatives and will be responsible for administering enterprise-wide technology solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Update Salesforce as needed, maintain records and run ad-hoc reports.
  • Provide support and assistance to the Sales Team, train sales reps on SFDC and answer any questions they have regarding SFDC processes, prepare adhoc analyses to aid sales management in running the business and perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Contract administration – work with legal, sales and finance team to develop a contract repository and manage customer intake and matter creation.
  • Provide administrative support that would include, but not limited to administration of existing business systems, including Salesforce, Intacct, Nexonia, DocuSign and other systems purchased.
  • Keeping up-to-speed on the latest releases to optimize user adoption – drive the best use of our systems. Implement best practices with regards to data integrity. This includes performing database de-duping and cleanup procedures in addition to enforcing standards and procedures to ensure data quality.
  • Take initiative in integrating newly acquired business processes and data within all business systems and automate business processes and workflow.
  • Building and maintaining all documentation related to our business systems and processes.
  • Perform special projects, research, analysis, and presentations for senior management. This included project based as well as ad hoc requests

Requirements

E-Discovery Specialists process electronic data using OmniVere proprietary software in accordance with company and industry standards. Support Technician

About the Position

At OmniVere we build and maintain the world’s most powerful eDiscovery processing infrastructure with a small but growing team of fiercely talented IT professionals. We’re looking for a highly capable Support Technician to help us continue to grow and scale our capabilities.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • User desktop support for both remote and local users.
  • Mobile device support.
  • Password resets.
  • Provisioning new user accounts, hardware, and mobile devices.
  • User access change management.
  • Basic wifi, VPN, and network troubleshooting.
  • Removing and adding workstations and servers to the domain (including change management).
  • Distribution list management.
  • Webex support.
  • Restarting jump boxes and VMs for remote workers.
  • Building machines for new users from standard images.
  • Maintaining asset and software inventory and tracking.

Skills and Technology Requirements

  • Highly motivated, curious, capable, and a lifetime learner.
  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with small teams.
  • Some travel required to our offices in Austin, New York, Chicago, and Washington DC.
  • Our technology stack: Microsoft Windows Server 2008-2016, SQL Server 2008-2016, Office, Active Directory, IIS, ASP.Net, Windows 7-10, Office 365, Fortinet Fortigate and VPN, VMWare vSphere, Solar Winds, FreshDesk, Citrix, Backup Exec, Linux, MongoDb, Nimble Storage, GoToAssist
  • Experience with ISO 27001 or similar security and compliance standards is a huge plus.

About the Position

OmniVere, a global services firm responding to the most difficult data risk management challenges, is seeking an Account Executive to join our team in Washington, DC.

The Account Executive role will develop and execute territory account plans to achieve and exceed individual quota responsibility:

  • Ability to lead multiple customer sales cycles and close effectively (i.e., candidate is a “hunter”)
  • Consistently build and deliver an accurate pipeline via Salesforce.com (SFDC)
  • Experience selling to corporate legal departments and law firms are preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Develop quarterly and annual territory plan to achieve regional goals
  • Capable of quickly learning new software product(s), and various LRC solutions and clearly communicate its value proposition
  • Manage effective working relationships with technical sales engineers, consulting professionals, and business development team
  • Able to develop strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and partners within identified territory
  • A proven closer, able to garner commitment every step of sales process
  • Actively listen and determine the customers’ needs
  • Ability to clearly articulate your point of view in professional manner
  • Proven success with above and possess entrepreneurial spirit or worked in a fluid (start- up) environment
  • Strong understanding of how to grow an under developed or under penetrated region
