Alan will be based Omnivere’s Houston, TX offices, adding over twenty years of experience in the Forensics, Cyber Security and eDiscovery litigation sphere to Omnivere’s continuously growing network of industry experts.

Alan’s experience includes computer forensics and analysis, cognitive and prescriptive data analytics and cyber incident response to include eDiscovery and investigations. He consults with organizations on assessing and mitigating risk and has led many investigations into different forms of event based risk incidents. Having conducted several investigations internationally, including investigations in the EU and China, he is considered an expert on data privacy issues in Asia. He has served as an interim CISO and CIO for both corporations and government agencies. Additionally, he has provided expert witness testimony in several cases at both the State and Federal level.
